Our meat is sourced from farms that follow the standards set for USDA organic certification. This guarantees a clean and healthy lifestyle for our animals without burdening our partners with the costs of certification.
Our cattle are primarily grass-fed, receiving a high-quality grain diet in the final 4-6 weeks of their lives. This balanced diet enhances the marbling and flavor of the meat.
We never administer antibiotics or hormones to our animals. Our education team is open and happy to work with you on finding deworming and other healthy alternatives.
We embrace rotational intensive grazing – a method that benefits the land, enriches the soil and grasses, and optimizes each cow’s nutrition and health.
